Course Description

A comprehensive course discussing the regulations issued by the Bank for International Settlements and the Islamic Financial Services Board for the implementation of Basel III and the latest reforms known as Basel IV from 2017 to 2024 for both Islamic and conventional banks. Additionally, the course addresses the challenges and steps of implementation in Syria and various other countries. The course is structured into two levels, each lasting 40 training hours.

  • Identify capital adequacy requirements under Basel III and estimate the necessary additional Buffers.
