The Diploma in International Financial Reporting is an internationally recognized qualification in financial accounting using International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS / IAS). It is accredited by the ACCA (Association of Certified Chartered Accountants) and is aimed at accounting and finance professionals who already have experience in accounting. On passing the final exam, the participant will be able to use the letters DipIFR after his/her name.

A trainee must pass their examination and attendance with a mark of 80% to obtain a certification in Diploma in International Financial Reporting.
DipIFR is assessed by a single three-hour, 15-minute written exam. There are two sections to the paper split into 1 consolidation question & 3 scenario questions.
The fee is £185. This allows one exam attempt.
Exams are held in special centers and students are required to pay additional fees to cover the costs of venue hire and invigilation charges. The closest locations for exam centers are in Lebanon at British Council.
The exam is held twice a year - in June and December at ACCA's exam centres. The upcoming exams will be held on: 6 December 2019
