Certified Professional Trainer (CPT) is your professional path to training and it is designed to provide trainers with the competencies and know-how required to become professional trainer through covering core skills necessary for the process of training including preparation, presentation, communication, facilitation and evaluation.
This training program is not a typical train-the-trainer course; rather it is a professional career development and mentoring program, and it is a good foundation for anyone who has certain expertise but no prior training experience.
Participants will practice delivery through several rounds of presentations and training sessions all through the training; and trainees will be assessed and certified as professional trainers from ALTANMYA according to the final assessment presentation.

Upon completion of this course, trainees should be able to:
Use training as a tool for social change
Help organizations in their efforts to develop human resources in order to accelerate collaborative work which achieves growth at the local level
Promote the training activity as an integral element of people’s organization
Prepare the participants as professional trainers for the field of training activities
Develop the necessary skills needed for designing and preparing training programs
Understand the principles of the training process and their best practices
Sharpen trainer’s communication skills
Build up the trainer’s skills with regards to the administrative aspect of the training program
