Leadership Style Analysis course is considered as the most important personality analysis and is based on an exercise developed on the well-known global exercise DISC. It will help measures a person’s general behavioural style & preferences by looking at four personality traits:

  • Dominance (D)
  • Influence (I)
  • Steadiness (S)
  • Conscientiousness (C)
