The Situational Leadership is one of the most important theories in leadership and it means how to deal with followers according to their abilities and attitudes, and how to change your leadership style continually to meet the needs of others in the organization based on the situation.

Course Objectives

This course provides business leaders the ability to deal with all kinds and personalities of followers and analyze them, and deal with them based on the situations, tasks and assignments. It also provides them the ability to deal with people with different tasks and this is called the situation. This course also provides people the ability to deal with their managers and subordinates as appropriate, which brings harmony to workplace between the members of the organization, thus increases the efficiency and productivity at work.
