Course Description

Diploma in Leadership Analysis onsists of the following courses:

  1. Leadership Style Analysis: This course is considered as the most important personality analysis and is based on an exercise developed on the well-known global exercise DISC. It will help measures a person’s general behavioral style and preferences by looking at four personality traits: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness & Conscientiousness.
  2. Institutional Leadership: This course helps in evaluating any organization or in establishing a new business based on solid pillars by applying the “Institutional Equation”, which enables this business to be sustainable and grow, whether this work is profitable or charitable.
  3. Situational Leadership: Situational Leadership is the world’s most taught leadership model for providing the right amount of direction and support to improve performance, productivity and accountability.

 

This diploma includes 3 scientific assessments:

  • Leadership Style Assessment
  • Pillars of the Organization (which consists of 120 questions that measure 12 pillars in any organization)
  • Situational Leadership Exercise (which describes 16 cases to test how you should deal with each case according to the follower’s competency & enthusiasm)

Course Objectives

Upon completion of this course, trainees should be able to:

  • Help make better decisions in finding effective leaders
  • Improve both your social awareness & your social skills
  • Understand the four main leadership DISC styles
  • Identify strengths and weaknesses of their organization, measure the institutional level, identify the imbalance in each aspect of work pillars, and focus on these pillars in dealing with institutional problems
  • Understand the nature of the work and the main axes on which institutions are based, and It also motivates trainees to restructure the organization they work for in a progressive and institutional manner
  • Deal with all kinds and personalities of followers and analyze them, and deal with them based on the situations, tasks and assignments

Certificate Description

A trainee must pass their examination and attendance with a mark of 80% to obtain a certification in Diploma in Leadership Analysis.
